We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, provided your purchase meets our return conditions. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used, with no additional fees.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a refund or return, the following conditions must be met:
- Goods made to your specifications, approved by you in writing, are not eligible for return.
- "Done for You" Services that have already commenced cannot be returned.
- Goods that have been launched or made live through marketing campaigns are not returnable.
- Subscription Services can be canceled at any time, but previous payments are non-refundable. We may refund the last month's payment in some instances.
- Auto Recharge Payments within ClearVu (SMS/MMS texting, phone numbers, calls, A2P registration fees, emails) are non-refundable as they represent direct costs incurred by Maxmedia Studios, LLC.
- Monthly ClearVu services, including promotional or package rates, are non-refundable due to their discounted nature and term-based commitment.
- Exclusive annual or lifetime access plans are also non-refundable.
- Unused service months or "Done For You" hours in promotional packages or extended service commitments are not eligible for partial refunds.
- Items on sale are non-refundable, unless required by law.
- Users who breach our Terms and Conditions (such as spamming, phishing, scamming, or abusive behavior towards our service providers) are not eligible for refunds.
- Educational courses purchased through Maxmedia Studios, LLC are returnable within 30 days of purchase. After this period, they are non-refundable.
